COGDELL consulting Asia Pacific has created The Centre for Perceptive Leadership, as a network of like-minded consultants, through which we provide a comprehensive approach to leadership development based on living social systems theory. We offer a customisable Perceptive Leader Program conducted over six days (three two day workshops over a four to eight week period) using our unique Leadership Development Map© (see above) and supported by our on-line Leadership Practices Report and Leadership Development Guide. The program is based on highly regarded Business School methodologies and is designed to move the mindspace of participants from operational problem solving to strategic innovation and action by developing the six living social systems leadership competencies.
